All ALTANZ orders are shipped directly from our workshop in India.

2. Shipping Charges

Orders within India

We offer free shipping on all orders within India.

International Orders

Free international shipping is available on eligible orders that meet the applicable order-value threshold. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you place your order.

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the destination, shipping service, customs clearance and local courier operations.

Estimated delivery information will be provided where available. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

4. International Duties & Taxes

International orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis where this service is available.

For eligible DDP shipments, ALTANZ or its shipping partner arranges payment of applicable import duties and taxes. Customers should not normally need to pay these charges separately upon delivery for shipments sent under DDP terms.

If DDP service is unavailable for a destination or shipment, any applicable charges will be communicated where possible before the order is completed.
